My parents usually made him babysit us since he wasn’t too far gone. Till he left us alone in the outhouse for 5 hours when I was 5 thinking I was 13. His apartment reeked, Cockroaches, and bugs everywhere, and he couldn’t throw anything away. My dad would go every weekend to Clean his apartment since he was his only parent left. Then he got worse, he had 6 and none of them wanted to see him since they were either out of state or they didn’t care about him.

Not everyone goes into a senior living/nursing home, but most of the time when they do. It’s not because their family doesn’t want them. It’s usually either because they need special care or Perfect Vote Warnock Shirt because they (the elderly person) choose to live there. My grandma had 9 kids, and when she couldn’t live alone in her apartment anymore, she tried out living with several of her children and their families.
