The material feels nice but the stitching seems a bit thin compared to most of my other shirts. I would say this is more of an Extra Slim comparable to Express sizing. I’m 5’8″ 165 athletic build and it’s very tight in the shoulders. I won’t be able to wear tucked in but maybe untucked with jeans. I wish the size chart included less generic measurements. 15-15.5″ 32/33 is the size I ordered.

Great fit and very comfortable after the first wash. The shirt works both tucked in and out. I am a 16.5 – 36, so I cannot shop ordinary stores. Being able to order a comfortable 100% cotton shirt that fits perfectly and is delivered in two days is an amazing find for me. Going forward, I am ordering g all of my shirts from Buttoned Down.
One last comment….the plaid shirts can be washed at home and worn straight away, and the solids only need a light touch up with the iron.

This shirt is really slim. You must have a marathoner’s body to fit inside of it. Otherwise, the craftsmanship and fabric quality are great.

Overall this is a nice shirt and I appreciate the slim fit (vs. fitted or tailored). Great color pattern. Only a mild “complaint” is that this shirt can only be ordered with sleeve length 34/35 instead of exactly 34 or exactly 35 like some of the other Amazon Unbuttoned shirts. I have previously ordered other Unbuttoned shirts as 16 neck, 35 sleeve slim fit and they are great. If I could have ordered this with specific 35 sleeve length I would give it 5 stars.
