I love wearing this shirt to the gym. I truly work out to burn off the crazy (aka depression and ADHD). Looking at the size chart, I chose a medium knowing it would be somewhat big on me and it fit as expected. My only complaint about shirt is that it’s thin and it almost feels as if the arm and back straps were cut with scissors (no structural stitching). Otherwise, it’s a great shirt to wear. The colors are great, the words haven’t faded after months of use, and it makes me smile every time I wear it.

If you want it to fit to form, you could probably order your normal size or, at most, one size up depending on your body proportion. The shirt does stretch.

I’m 5’6 116 I ordered a small and it’s bigger then what I like. I still love it. Great fit other then being a little baggy. Super soft. I’m thinking the drier will get it to wear I want it. I would order again just an x’s next time.
