These look awesome! Did you have issues tempering the chocolate? Every time I try dipping strawberries they always turn out chewy/soggy/chocolate falls off. An issue people have with the soggy/weird chocolate is caused by wet strawberries. You don’t want to dunk them and rinse them under a running faucet. What I do Top I Only Drink On Days That Start With Tuesday Thursday Today Tomorrow Saturday Thunder Shirts get a washcloth. And run it over the strawberries. It’s not as wet and the chocolate dries nicely! If you still want to run them under the faucet, make sure they are COMPLETELY dry. I hope this helps!
