Reminds me of one of my first cats, he was an indoor/outdoor cat who would be out and about during the day and come in at night. A very similar thing happened to me. Our inside cat was chilling on a chair by the window when we hear a loud bang. We go over to the now heavily scratched up window, and see a massive hawk sitting on the ground outside. He was holding one arm out and we were concerned he was hurt. This is true. When I was in Alaska I just could NOT get over how Bald Eagles were everywhere!!
