Quake on us only 4 years later which more or less created true 3D gaming as we know it. That being said the game still handles and plays beautifully. Tt’s still tonnes of fun in its vanilla form. And the modding community has extended that fun even further using the same engine.

A true classic that holds up as one of the most important games ever to this day. Broforce. Yes, it’s designed to look retro however even by those standards I’d argue it doesn’t always hold up. And the extreme carnage on screen can sometimes mean it’s hard to keep track of what’s going on. That being said I’d also argue that the aforementioned carnage is part of its charm. It’s so ridiculously fun and will cause gut-busting laughter just about every few minutes. It’s one of my favorite things to quickly blast through with a friend.
