Cheap Nearly everything is cheaper in the US: food, clothes, shoes, cars, internet, housing, gas. Transport you name it I think it will be cheaper in the US. Except for beer, that varies wildly from $0.50 USD in Vietnam to Perfect Socialism Distancing Shirt $10 USD in Australia, though neither are very good. Water I know this sounds odd, but before I started traveling I had never honestly considered paying for water. It was like air for me. At any restaurant in the US, water is included, this is not globally true. And if I am dying of thirst I can walk into any of those restaurants.
