The first with canned pumpkin and it was awesome. The second with cooked real pumpkin mashed up and it was weird and the flavor was not as good. Those things can liquefy on you in a second and explode.

Carving pumpkins are very bland and watery vs baking pumpkins. Would be interesting to brew in both and see if there is a noticeable difference. OK.
