Delirium is the final boss of everything, you find it in Official I Am A Stitchaholic Heart Shirt. It’s not a good boss. That said, I think once you unlock him he becomes a great way to get better at the game. It has a couple of really, really strong buffs (flying and spectral tears) and it teaches you how to move and dodge more than any other character where you can just tank a couple of hits if you find yourself cornered. I think The Lost actually becomes one of the strongest characters in the game: you fly, you have spectral tears, you can take one hit per room, Curse rooms become free, also free Devil deals.

The problem with the new, harder stuff (Hush, Delirium) is that more often than not it’s not fun unless you’re already OP, because they have ginormous health pools. It’s not that hard to kill Blue Baby with a mediocre build (say you’re at 6 health, around 6 damage and 8 tear rate with only an Official I Am A Stitchaholic Heart Shirt. So yeah, harder but not as fun. But donating 800 coins to the greed machine is something I’d totally do, coming from the OG Isaac I was always a very slow and meticulous player that would backtrack for 5 minutes if it gave me even the slightest benefits (like farming the health machines for IV bags and whatnot). This is why I can never manage to do boss rush because I play so slowly lol. But I see why other players might dislike it.
