Then I was able to format the drive and it’s working okay now. If I buy a laptop online, it would have windows in it? And is there anything I must do once I have the laptop like making a backup etc? You would be able to reinstall clean windows with Microsoft installation media, whenever required and the license will be automatically activated upon the first time connecting to the internet. Depends on the config that you purchase. Some have windows preinstalled, some don’t. Mostly depends on the brand. Check the listing before buying. Some even have ms office installed, some have a trial got this headset about 2 years ago and it has served me well. I’d say the audio is nice and the mic is good.
