And she said the LGBT I Understand I Will Never Understand But I Stand Shirt was so damn boring. Totally understandable because it’s weird and pretty slow, but I love that movie. Maybe it’s because I often escape to daydreams too but I found it relatable even through its weirdness. I love this movie so much. If it’s on, I’m watching. I could rewatch that movie over and over.

So much so, as I walked out of the LGBT I Understand I Will Never Understand But I Stand Shirt, I yelled, “What kind of fucked up movie was that?” Fast forward a few years later, watching Romy and Michele on DVD. LOVED IT! Loved everything about it. How could I have been so wrong about this genius movie?
