It was probably more about the principle of it. Back when gas was like 4 bucks and change my father got home with an order he picked up at KFC. Sometimes it is so much easier In N Out Burger Peace Love Sanitize Shirt. A lot of people don’t put any value on their free time, it’s really strange. At work they might get paid $40 an hour, but at home, they’ll happily spend the whole weekend taking care of some shitty task they don’t enjoy, just to avoid paying a professional $80 to come in and do it in a couple of hours. Another similar scenario is people who happily commute 2h to work each day (4h total) to save a couple of hundred bucks off their month’s rent. That’s ~70h of their life they’re giving away each month at a rate around $2 an hour. I get how some people don’t have a choice because they’re literally living paycheck to paycheck and have no breathing room, but there’s still plenty of people that earn a good wage yet place almost no value on their free time.
In N Out Burger Peace Love Sanitize Shirt, Tank Top, V-neck, Ladies Tee For Men And Women

This is so spot on. I have to commute about an hour because of where I live. But I also get more money for it and to work from home for some days. One of my colleagues. However, decided to buy his house almost two hours away. Moving from another state. He’s convinced he’s going to be “just fine” once they move in. I don’t have the heart to tell him it’s 2 hours without traffic. I can’t imagine spending 6 hours of your own free time driving In N Out Burger Peace Love Sanitize Shirt. The crazy bit is this guy considers himself to be super financially savvy and frugal but has zero recognition of the added costs and time costs he’s adding all by himself. It’s crazy, right? I wonder if that guy has stopped to think about the fact he’ll never get to enjoy his extra money if all he does is work and commute. People feel like they’re gonna life forever and don’t realize how big a sacrifice it is to give up 6 hours of your daily life to a commute.

What’s his reasoning for the house? I’m guessing it isn’t just “it’s cheaper”. Probably going to be getting a mobile home on a few acres of land. I’m positive people will think we are dumb. I tried this. It’s what taught me the value of my free time. I was spending a minimum of 4 hours and 180 miles (2 hours/90 miles on way) but was “saving” 800/month. However the cost of wear and tear on my car, gas, time, etc was not worth it. I think I lasted In N Out Burger Peace Love Sanitize Shirt and moved literally blocks from work. For about two years I had an hour +/- long commute to work and it drove me nuts. Some times, when I’m about to buy something, I calculate how many hours of work it would take me to make that amount and at times it has deterred me from buying something I didn’t really need. This literally happened to me a week ago. I got drive-thru on my way home from work and they left out half my order. Sometimes you just have to let it go and just don’t go back to that place. It’s really just not a big deal.
