It’s ok, I’m 5’8” ~175 and usually fit a Large perfectly (medium is too short/tight) This one is made like a heavier tee which is usually larger, but fit more snugly than a heavy tee usually does for that size.

the shirt fit well at first wearing, after one washing with a few other tee shirts, in cold water it shrunk… it no lonker fits well, it is out of shape… poor fabric quality. I do not recommend it.
