I didn’t read the title at Good The Grass Is Calling And I Must Mow Shirt first and thought this was some sick joke. Seriously the child looks so unreal being tossed like that in the wind. I hope they’re okay! I’m sure mentally maybe not so much. He’s ok. It was wrapped around his neck, but he was fine. I can’t find a source in English, but my girlfriend and I were there when it happened. Saw him after they got the kite off him, and he was hysterical but otherwise ok. My girlfriend says the news says he’s at home with his family now. Went to this same event last year. They kept people far away from the biggest kites. I wonder how the kid was close enough to get caught up.

The other kites were all being launched in a closed-off area in the middle of the field as you said. This one was launched really close to the crowd for some reason, in an area that wasn’t fenced off. The mayor issued a statement that parents should keep a close eye on their kids. But it wasn’t the Good The Grass Is Calling And I Must Mow Shirts mom’s fault. Whoever made the call to launch that huge kite there would be closest to being at fault in my opinion, but honestly, I don’t think anyone could have seen that coming. The kid aside, that must have been absolutely terrifying for the crowd. The feeling that you’re about to watch a kiddie any second…Best possible outcome.

This was a gift for a friend. He likes it, but we were both surprised that the lyrics were on the back, as well as the purposely distressed (cracked) screen print.
I would try to order from Rockabilia again for other things, but am a bit disenchanted: there is NO girl’s shirt for any Black Sabbath gear, (really??) and the white Black Flag logo girls tee is no longer there (after weeks of checking)… however, there is a GG Allen shirt. Hmmm!
