To be fair to your delivery person, this looks like compression damage rather than mishandling. Likely a conveyor issue, damage from mistaking (transport truck, not delivery), or less likely, fall damage (an object falling on your box). That damage is totally on Amazon. There should not be any empty space between those two boxes which is why the outer box collapsed into the inner box. Actually looks like a combo hit. the corner clearly crushed, possibly along a conveyor at the Amazon warehouse, you can even see where whatever crushed it.
