When will I receive my items?

All items are produced and shipped from our facility within 2-4 business days (Not including the shipping time) from the time of purchase. Standard shipping times then apply. Click the tracking information located in your confirmation email to view your shipping details and lead time. Deliveries may take longer for international orders due to customs regulations within your country. Please contact us (link) if your order hasn’t arrived within the expected lead time.

How long will delivery take?

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 2-3 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (1-7 days for domestic and 4-20 days for international).

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We use Maybank to proceed checkout, you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a maybank account.

How much does it cost to ship to my country?

Pricing will depend on the country in which you reside and the number of items that you are purchasing. Exact pricing can be found by clicking “Add To Cart” and entering in your address before completing the check out process.

I just noticed that I chose the wrong item by mistake, can you swap my product?

Please contact us with the pictures of your item(s). We will check and take further actions.

I’d like to cancel my order.

Because our orders are custom produced – Made to order, we offer order cancellations for a short period of time after your order is placed. So, any requests to cancel an order must be submitted before the item has entered production.
